BIMI Studio provides free tools for:

• Checking BIMI DNS records and configuration
• Converting images to BIMI-compliant SVG format
• Validating email security records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, etc.)
• Providing information about BIMI and email deliverability

3. Use of Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its related systems
• Use automated systems to abuse or overload the Service
• Use the Service to check domains without authorisation

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The results provided are 100% accurate or complete
• The Service will meet your specific requirements

DNS lookups and validation results are based on publicly available information and may not reflect real-time changes or all possible configurations.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BIMI Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by BIMI Studio and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service uses Google's public DNS API for DNS lookups. Your use of the Service is also subject to Google's terms of service for their DNS service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will update the "Last Updated" date when changes are made. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
